The only flaw in them is the meat's quality is too good for a regular UK sausage roll.

That's not a bad thing... but like great fish and chips need to be greasy for authenticity the meat needs to be lower quality!

Cooked these for St Patrick's day with some family. They were every bit of my memory of bangers in Ireland. Plump, delicious and so nostalgic.

The pastry is light and flaky. The sausage its self so juicy and tasty. You can't just eat one sausage roll!

They are great with bacon sausage or basically anything.

These pies are delicious. I'm so glad I decided to purchase from this site. I have only tried the steak and mushroom one so far. I bought the chicken and mushroom as well and I'm sure it will be delicious too.

My favourite ever dessert and our local restaurant that served it has gone out of business. This is easy to prepare and very delicious especially with ice cream.

I have had a variety of pot pies over the years. Starting with Marie Calanders when I was a kid to when I was shipped overseas to the UK. I discovered that we yanks don't know squat on how to make a pot pie. My wife is not fond of them at all. I convinced her to try the Steak and Ale pie, and she has changed her mind on pot pies. She has only had the Marie Calanders pot pies in the past and was not fond of them. She loves the way the English make theirs. She had 1/2 of the Steak and Ale and 1/2 of the Steak and Leaks pot pie. They were both very flavorful, with high quality ingredients, fresh veggies and fresh tender steak. She was so enthralled that she wanted a second but would not have been able to eat it as she was stuffed to the gills!
