We’ve tried many ‘pretend’ pork pies over here in the USA, but this is the real deal! Easy to prepare, although for personal preferences we chose not to add the gelatine, and the end result was delicious - we will be ordering more!
I actually remove the casing before cooking these, but it's not necessary. I cook them for seven minutes on air fry in my Ninja Crispi. They come out perfectly cooked, browned and crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. I am so glad I finally found somewhere I could get perfect, gluten-free bangers! And I do like the Lincolnshire variety best. I just stocked up!
Loved these (although the Lincolnshires I ordered are a favourite of the two), and they formed a part of our New Year's Day British breakfast - a first for my American wife on all components bar the egg abd mushrooms.

It's been a constant disappointment since moving to the US that they murder 'bacon', and that proper back bacon is virtually impossible to find. Same goes for sausages and Lorne squares.
It was a joy to discover JPF online, and place a first order to give my American wife a taste of the UK.
The Lorne square was great tasting, and cooked perfectly. We've only had one slice between us so far, as part of a collective breakfast, having to cook the eggs as my wife wanted.
We're so happy to have found a source of happy UK food memories.

Every time my family visited me in England they raved about the bacon at breakfast time.The bacon I ordered was a Christmas gift to them and they loved it.Thankyou I am sure they will be ordering more.
