These 'bangers' are completely delicious and tasted even better than I remember! Great texture and flavour and, because I followed the instructions on how to cook them, they were also really juicy. Thank you SO much!

The traditional pork bangers are such a great addition to a full or a partially full English or Scottish breakfast. So very tasty and a welcome alternative to American breakfast sausages.

I ordered both black and white pudding. the white was a 10 out of 10. How ever the black was disappointing and as an Irish guy I can only give it a 6 out of ten. It is very dry and not enough grain or meat like the white which was perfect.

There were very detailed instructions on baking the pie and making the jelly which gave the option to add the jelly or not. It was hard to wait the several hours of cooking and cooling because the pie smell was unbelievable and a great memory of a real Melton pie.
It was worth every minute of the wait, congratulations, just perfect
