The bacon tasted great and is a reminder of home.I ordered because it’s packed in half pounds rather than a full pound. Which means you don’t have to rush to eat it all once defrosted.
I have been waiting 10 years to find a traditional English pork pie in the USA.
These pork pies tick all the boxes. They are filled to capacity with a perfect pok filling. Adding the gelatine after baking is a great idea. The biggest compliment I can offer is that having recently order two to try, I have today placed an order for another six. Highly recommended.

I had been to the UK many times and was just not a fan of British food. Might have been where I went but still avoided it. My mother was craving Steak and Kidney pie and I couldn't find it near me in Chicago. Came across Jolly Posh and ordered quite a variety so I could have a British Dinner with family. I was dreading it and actually had a back-plan in case it was awful. Everything was AMAZING! I am speechless and must apologize to the people and food of Great Britain. We will definitely order again!
These are a great addition to my breakfast plate. I used to fry them in a little oil but then I discovered that they come out even better in the air fryer. I bake my hash brown patties for 16 minutes at 410, and put in two or three defrosted Irish bangers at the halfway point. I was scared they would burst open but they didn't. Came out nice and brown all over and perfectly cooked.
I grew up in the antipodes and the meat pie competed with fish & chips as the most popular take away food. I had a hankering for the pies of my youth and tried the Jolly Posh Steal & Mushroom pie. Oh, wow. Best meat pie I ever bought. Great pastry and a hearty, meaty filling. The boss was pretty impressed too.
I followed the directions and the pie came out with nicely browned pastry cooked just right. The filling was tasty and nicely seasoned. The chicken wasn't as chunky as I'd make it, but I'm nor complaining. I make a mean chicken pie and this was almost as good and a helluva lot easier to prepare.
My gluten free daughters love these sausages. They know what regular sausages taste like, and said that the gluten free ones are just as good. Well done Jolly Posh!!
