These saugages (Bangers) are a wonderful treat.
Mild and most pleasent with mashed potatoes and scrambled egg with shreaded cheddar. Baked in oven on a rack so no need to turn them over. Soft center at 400 / 35 min.

Scrolling Instagram, I stumbled upon an ad that showed actual proper bacon and sausages! I looked further and found that I could buy these magical and rare items to be shipped to me (I live in Florida)

Recently I have been dreaming of a good bacon, sausage and egg sandwich recently, so the timing was perfect and the algorithm did me right.

On the 3rd day after I placed my order the treasure arrived. It was packed with care and was still very cold (I was worried about this until it arrived) the excitement I had while opening and looking at what I received was very evident to my wife as she watched.
