white pudding

I ordered both black and white pudding. the white was a 10 out of 10. How ever the black was disappointing and as an Irish guy I can only give it a 6 out of ten. It is very dry and not enough grain or meat like the white which was perfect.

Perfect Pork Pie

There were very detailed instructions on baking the pie and making the jelly which gave the option to add the jelly or not. It was hard to wait the several hours of cooking and cooling because the pie smell was unbelievable and a great memory of a real Melton pie.

When they arrive to your property, they can be stored in the freezer until the best-by date indicated on the package, which is usually at least six months.
