Ah, Lorne sausage, also known as square sausage or slice. Our Lorne sausage is made to our classic Scottish recipe and robustly seasoned with black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and mace. We've been over-generous in the sizing of our Lorne, with four large slices per 1lb pack.
Our square sausage cooks up beautifully and is easy to cook in a pan or sizzle on the grill. Pair with our Flour Dusted Soft White Baps and some HP sauce for a classic Scottish treat.

This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months.

Swift and Steady Shipping
- Orders are dispatched each week on Monday and Tuesday, for arrival later the same week.
- We DO NOT ship any packages to transit over the weekend.
- Orders placed Tuesday afternoon through Friday typically ship on Monday.
- Orders placed Saturday through Monday typically ship on Tuesday.
