My late wife of over 55 years was from Dublin and I always loved her soda bread. She loved brown bread, but often would make me a loaf of white with currants, my favorite. Yours is very similar to hers. I also ordered a raisin cake, which I enjoyed as much as the soda bread. We had your bangers and soda bread at this year's Christmas breakfast. Terrific!!
