I have been looking at ordering back bacon from somewhere for a long time finally pulled the trigger with jolly posh foods and I couldn’t be happier just made bangers and mash last night with the linconshire sausages omg soooo delicious. And the back bacon is a real treat. All perfectly packaged and arrived in excellent condition well worth the money.

Grew up in Yorkshire getting pork pies from the butcher on Friday (Pie day).
One of the things I crave, yet have never been able to get over here.
But this, this knocked it out of the park. Slice of heaven on a plate.

Remind me of my stay in UK 50 years ago- very good!

Purchased more than just white pudding for me daughters 23rd birthday. She requested a scottish/irish meal. Did a fry up and to say we were more than pleased with everything we got from baps to Lorne, rashers to pudding we couldn't be happier. Everything came out perfect

I am a regular purchaser of great British food from jolly posh foods and will continue to be so, but was invited to comment on the new range of pork pies.
1. They are great with a genuine hot water pastry crust and genuine filling either traditional or cured pork. Rarely tasted as good in the uk except from artisan bakers.
2. However, to get that perfection requires the user to give up parts of a whole day to bake, refrigerate, mix and pour in gelatin, and refrigerate again before eating. Easy enough but time consuming.
3. In truth it’s a bit of a process when I can make my own in the same or shorter time.
4. For those who want the genuine article and cannot make hot water pastry or a decent filling, get these. I am afraid that for me I might as well get the satisfaction of making my own.
5. To jolly posh foods: please continue to innovate and provide the genuine British foods you do so well and if you can cut the time taken to prepare your great pork pies, I will try them again.

First time I had smoked back bacon and it’s wonderful. Zero comparison to American bacon.

I’ve never had white pudding, or black pudding in my life ever. I was always too weirded out by black pudding because it has lots of blood in it, but I went ahead and bought the white pudding to give it a try. Thank God I did because it’s absolutely amazing and I can’t believe I’ve gone 54 years without it.

Pastry around it was very good. Light and flaky. Reminds me of my days in London. Looking forward to ordering more.

Fry up some Jolly Posh back bacon and eggs with a side of Heinz beans (with ketchup)yum! Protein packed.

Made just as the package said to. They came out with flaky crust and a pleasantly mild flavor. I'd serve them to guests, they look so pretty.

Heated up and delicious. Crust was flakey and filling was just as good. Steak n Mushroom and sausage banger roll were both great. Chicken Mushroom has small bits of chicken and nice flavor, not overly spiced or rich. Great pies, looking forward to trying Chicken Curry next. My 78yr old mom taste tested and gave a thumbs up. Next I'll order for some veteran friends in Texas and CA. Quality product and shipping logistics network, ordering more
