Our Clotted Cream comes frozen, and should be kept frozen prior to use. Thaw overnight in the fridge prior to use. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 4 days. Because our Clotted Cream ships frozen, once it has thawed you'll need to whisk it thoroughly with a fork until a smooth texture. If a smoother texture is desired, and a dash of milk and continue to whisk until incorporated.
