The third week of tasting and this week it was the Pork and Herb sausages. Very tastey though they do taste very similar to Lincolnshire, or seem to with a two week gap between tasting. If I had one of each in a side by side tasting then I would have appreciated the difference but never the less, another excellent product.
These were so delicious, filled with some herbs. I loved them.

Living in Florida I am careful about when I order, but as usual the packaging was fantastic with all my items still in perfect condition ( even after being in delivery truck 4 hours).

Each pack contains six hearty, butcher’s style banger sausages, lovingly made to my time-honoured, Pork & Herb recipe. Ideal for Bangers & Mash, or in a sausage sandwich with caramelized onions.
They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

How do I cook this product?
For best results, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use in 1-2 days. Do not microwave.
Grill or Pan-Fry: cook sausages in a dash of cooking oil over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bake: preheat oven to 350°F and cook sausages for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Air Fry: cook at 300°F for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. We do not recommend using an air fryer as it does not yield the best results for the casings.

Yes, our sausages are shipped frozen to preserve freshness and quality. They can be stored in your home freezer up to the expiry date listed on each package, typically at least 6 months from arrival. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use in 1-2 days.
