Our Pork & Herb Bangers are a long-time Farmer’s Market favourite. Made with prime cuts of succulent pork, these sausages are hugely herby with sage, thyme and parsley.
Each pack contains six hearty, butcher’s style banger sausages, lovingly made to my time-honoured, Pork & Herb recipe. Ideal for Bangers & Mash, or in a sausage sandwich with caramelized onions.
They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

Ingredients: Pork, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, leavening), salt, spices, parsley, BHA, BHT, citric acid (to protect flavour).
This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months.
Allergen: Contains 5% breadcrumbs.

Orders are shipped each week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We used to buy our sausages from a British butcher who regrettably went out of business, so we tried a number of alternatives.One was Jolly Posh Foods.Of all we find them by far the best. We placed a sample order and the Pork and Herb sausages are exceptional. We have placed several repeat orders Something new and very good.Their other sausages are good as is their bacon.
These were wonderful. Unfortunately, they were put in the fridge, not the freezer, and had to be thrown away :-(
Did'nt mean to get these herb enfusied sausages but they went down a treat in this west country family. Next time will try their recipe for sausages with onion gravey. Love the idea of using some balsamic vinegar!

There are many food items that a Welsh ex pat cannot get access to in the US. Many just take a bit of work to find an alternative. Not the case for the British banger and bacon. The pork and herb and pork and leek sausages from Jolly Posh REALLY do hit the mark. The bacon is so refreshingly unsmoked. The ordering and delivery are well organized and simple - and the product arrives in all it's glory as described. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy my bangers, mash and onion gravy, sausage casseroles, 'full English' breakfast and bacon, egg and chip butties, but I have converted my US colleagues and friends to the same. Thank you - I will continue to order.
