How to Cook and Serve

Our pork pies arrive frozen and uncooked for maximum freshness.

To prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Remove outer packaging, keep the pie in its foil tin and on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F, lower to 375°F for a further 55-60 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F+.
  4. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before chilling in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.

I moved to America a few years back for a very special lady, now my wife. Longing for the classic flavours and tastes of home, launched Jolly Posh Foods.

The company was born from my personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavour of authentic dry-cured back bacon.
