Finally!! A pork pie worth eating in the US!

One thing Ihave always missed since moving to the US is a FRESH pork pie! YEs, you can get aone that is frozen whichm, when defrosted, leaves you witha less than nice taste when eaten.
This however is a game changer! Frozen, yes, BUT ready to COOK friozen! Properly following the directions gives a great reasult everytime!!
Next...how about a GALA PIE!! :)

Jolly Nice Pork Pie

I cooked this a couple days ago and cooked for. Being defrosted and it came out really nice. I did not add the gelatin per husbands request . We still have half left for tomorrow but it was really nice with HP brown sauce and ploughmans lunch. I wish my pastry on my meat pies came out as good as they usually have soggy bottom with store bought crusts. Tried always like cooking bottom first before adding meat and pastry lid or a different dish. These were perfect and we have been unable to find them lately here in Ca.
