I thought I could pull it out of the freezer and eat it but I was wrong. It needs cooking so just prepare. Very yummy though and tastes like it should. I have a really hard time getting them in the States so I was just happy I could get them and share them!!

Bought two. Baked one following all the instructions. It took a bit of time but worked to the letter. Delicious but a big pies so had to cut it into four pieces. Sadly the resolve i had to save some for the next day collapsed and I ate them all on day one.

Our pork pies arrive frozen and uncooked for maximum freshness.

To prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Remove outer packaging, keep the pie in its foil tin and on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F, lower to 375°F for a further 55-60 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F+.
  4. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before chilling in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
