I bought a large order so I have not sampled everything yet. I got several half pound packs of smoked bacon as gifts to friends, in-laws and neighbors, so far everyone loves the bacon. I actually remove the casing before cooking these, but it's not necessary. I cook them for seven minutes on air fry in my Ninja Crispi. They come out perfectly cooked, browned and crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. I am so glad I finally found somewhere I could get perfect, gluten-free bangers! And I do like the Lincolnshire variety best. I just stocked up!
We enjoyed these sausages on Christmas this year- especially those who were gluten intolerant. Flavor was delicious and easy to heat up.
