How do I cook this product?
For best results, cook from frozen. Do not microwave:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place the pasty on a lined baking tray.
- In a separate bowl, whisk an egg, then egg-glaze the sides and top of the pasty.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
