We freeze all of our meat products immediately after production; they are stored frozen, and shipped from frozen to our customers. We ship all year round through both the hotter and colder seasons, using our specialised packaging to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Ah, Lorne sausage, also known as square sausage or slice. Our Lorne sausage is made to our classic Scottish recipe and robustly seasoned with black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and mace. We've been over-generous in the sizing of our Lorne, with four large slices per 1lb pack.
Our square sausage cooks up beautifully and is easy to cook in a pan or sizzle on the grill. Pair with our Flour Dusted Soft White Baps and some HP sauce for a classic Scottish treat.

For best results, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use in 1-2 days. Do not microwave.
Grill or Pan-Fry: cook the Lorne slices in a dash of cooking oil over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
