Cumberland sausages are my favorites, and chipolatas are my preferred size. These are the best of both worlds. Wish they came in 1/2 lb packages. I would still order as many, but they would be a more convenient size for freezer storage for 2 people.

An easy sausage to cook up - my husband put them on the grill. We had mash, peas and gravy with them for dinner. The casing was tender with a slight snap and the sausage was a nice peppery bite, but not overwhelmingly so. Just perfect! Will order these again.

Our Cumberland Chipolatas are skinny versions of our big Cumberland Coil. Made with prime cuts of succulent pork, our Cumberland Chipolatas are properly peppery with a blend of black, white and cayenne peppers, and parsley.
Each pack contains ten skinny butcher’s style bangers, lovingly made to my time-honoured, classic Cumberland recipe. They are skinnier than our other bangers, and cook up nice and quickly for when you or the children are especially hungry.
They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

How do I cook this product?
For best results, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use in 1-2 days. Do not microwave.
Grill or Pan-Fry: cook sausages in a dash of cooking oil over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bake: preheat oven to 350°F and cook sausages for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Air Fry: cook at 300°F for 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. We do not recommend using an air fryer as it does not yield the best results for the casings.

Yes, our sausages are shipped frozen to preserve freshness and quality. They can be stored in your home freezer up to the expiry date listed on each package, typically at least 6 months from arrival. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use in 1-2 days.
