While true haggis is not available in the U.S. the taste and texture of this product is as close as it gets! IMO it is indistinguishable from traditional haggis I've enjoyed in both Dumfries and Edinburgh. I like mine with a little more heat so a few twists of the pepper mill brings it up another level! Warm some up, pair with poached eggs, and you will have an incredibly delicious and filling breakfast!

Each Scottish Haggis is in an individual 12-14oz tube, and serves 2 people as a main course.
Traditionally eaten with neeps & tatties (turnips & potatoes), our Scottish Haggis is easy to cook, and should be gently simmered in a pot of boiling water for 30-40 minutes until steaming hot.

How do I cook this product?
To cook haggis, prepare a pot of simmering water and remove the outer packaging while keeping the casing intact.
Submerge the haggis and gently boil for around 30–40 minutes until heated through. Once cooked, remove the casing and fluff with a fork before serving.
Does this product come frozen? How do I store it?
This product ships frozen to maintain freshness. Keep frozen for up to nine months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours after thawing. Do not microwave.
