An easy sausage to cook up - my husband put them on the grill. We had mash, peas and gravy with them for dinner. The casing was tender with a slight snap and the sausage was a nice peppery bite, but not overwhelmingly so. Just perfect! Will order these again.
My husband is from Carlow,IRE and he just loves these... we made them with pork and beans and eggs and scones for dinner last night.We did ,however cook them at double the time that it states on the package.
Now that’s a sausage with flavor, that tastes like a real sausage. With the right amount of bite!

Each pack contains ten skinny butcher’s style bangers, lovingly made to my time-honoured, classic Cumberland recipe. They are skinnier than our other bangers, and cook up nice and quickly for when you or the children are especially hungry.
They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.
