We ship all orders from frozen using specialised eco-coolers packed with dry ice and ice packs. We freeze all of our meat products immediately after production; they are stored frozen, and shipped from frozen to our customers. We ship all year round through both the hotter and colder seasons, using our specialised packaging to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Our environmental credentials
To support sustainability, we invest in specialised eco-coolers made with a minimum 50% recycled polystyrene. In addition, these same eco-coolers are over 94% biodegradable within four years; so if you can't re-use it, you can safely discard your eco-cooler with confidence.

This family-size pack is a very large 32oz (2lbs), and contains approximately 26 - 28 rashers. It comes frozen and is perfect for large family gatherings and parties.
Our back-bacon is hand-trimmed, hand-rubbed and cured to our authentic British recipe. Our speciality bacon is called back-bacon because it is made with pork loin, and is much leaner than American bacon which is made from pork belly.
Fabulous as part of a traditional Full English breakfast or in an amazing BLT, it also works brilliantly as an ingredient in quiche, carbonara and soups.
Our back-bacon is easy to cook, and sizzles in a little oil for 3-4 minutes on each size in the pan. It has a delicious meaty texture and is not smoked.

How do I cook this product?
For best results, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 7-10 days. Do not microwave. Our back bacon is pre-sliced and easy to cook:
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat
- Fry the slices for 3–4 minutes on each side
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the bacon is cooked through
Alternatively, bake our back bacon on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 375F for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Does this product come frozen? How do I store it?
Yes, our bacon is shipped frozen to preserve freshness and quality. It can be stored in your home freezer up to the expiry date listed on each package, typically at least 6 months from arrival. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 7-10 days.
