We freeze all of our meat products immediately after production; they are stored frozen, and shipped from frozen to our customers. We ship all year round through both the hotter and colder seasons, using our specialised packaging to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Our environmental credentials
To support sustainability, we invest in specialised eco-coolers made with a minimum 50% recycled polystyrene. In addition, these same eco-coolers are over 94% biodegradable within four years; so if you can't re-use it, you can safely discard your eco-cooler with confidence.
