Our bread items are frozen immediately after production and shipped frozen to our customers. Because bread can thaw rapidly, it may be that your bread products arrive partially frozen or chilled and, as such, should be returned to the freezer upon arrival.
We recommend that you either consume your bread within four days of arrival or freeze it upon arrival.
