The Pork and Herb Bangers had excellent flavour and consistency just like the ones from the local butchers back home in North Yorkshire

These are a huge favorite in our house. We were buying bangers from somewhere else (I won't say where because they were not bad but had room for improvement). The casings and texture of the Jolly Posh bangers are so much better. They make great sausage rolls too.

The real McCoy! A proper banger, not one of the fancy sausages that some companies are marketing nowadays. Correct grind, smooth enough to totally fill the casing, not crumbly, plumped up perfectly to fill the casing to bursting point and super juicy!

Great to be able to try these classic British foods without leaving home. An Australian friend turned me on to bangers and mash decades ago but bangers have become harder to find lately (I used to be able to get them frozen at a local chain store but no more.) So that's what brought me to Jolly Posh foods. I've been through two large variety packs in three months and I love it! Thanks for the great service! P.S. The sausage rolls are delicious and I can't wait to make toad in the hole, full English breakfast, batter fried sausages and a hundred other things!

Having lived in the USA for fifty years sometimes all you want is a little reminder of the taste of England, that’s where jolly posh bacon and sausage rolls come in, bacon butties in the morning and sausage rolls for snacking on in the evenings.
Both are excellent and remind me of the Saturdays of my childhood

We prepared the Bangers yesterday, I followed Nick's instructions on the proper British methods of cooking them. Did not prick the sausages, fried in butter (this was my addition), fried at a medium-low temp. They came out perfect, the casing didn't split and they were very juicy and just delicious.
One of the main reasons I chose Jolly Posh Foods in the beginning when looking for authentic British food, was no msg or nitrates. This was a great discovery, super service and shipping and incredible food. Thanks Nick, Gary
