Our traditional cured pork pie is made with prime cuts of pork in our signature pastry. There's just nothing quite like a fresh pork pie from your local butchers back home. Our traditional cured pork pie is a fully seasoned, Northern-England style pork pie with a decent bacon / salt / pepper kick!
Each Traditional Cured Pork Pie is medium-sized (14oz), comes frozen and ready-to-bake, with cooking directions and an easy-to-follow instructional video.

Ingredients: Filling: Cured pork (pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, sodium ascorbate), pork sausage (water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, ammonium bicarbonate), spices, salt). Pastry: Enriched wheat flour (unbleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, amylase), vegetable oil shortening (canola oil, palm oil, modified palm oil, modified palm kernel oil), water, dextrose, salt, soy lecithin, natural color (beta carotene 1%), natural preservative (cultured wheat starch, wheat flour, citric acid), natural butter flavor.
This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen up to the best-by date listed on the package.
