This is a robust Scottish-style black pudding made with steel-cut oats, and is fully seasoned with herbs and spices including onions, coriander, allspice and pepper. It is fully flavoured and has a distinctive steel-cut oat texture, making this ideal for a Full Scottish Breakfast and other Scottish-inspired dishes.
Each pudding is in an individual 12oz tube, yielding 10-12 portions. Our Scottish black pudding is easy to cook, and sizzles for 3-4 minutes on each side in a pan.
