These traditional British silverskin onions are pickled in a malt vinegar brine with traditional spices. They have a crisp texture and bold, sweet-tangy flavor, and make an excellent accompaniment to a Ploughman's lunch, a charcuterie board, or one of our delicious pork pies.
Ingredients: Onions, water, spirit vinegar, acetic acid, barley malt extract, sugar, spices (black peppercorns, white peppercorns, yellow mustard seed), salt, sodium metabisulphite.
