One of the classic sausages from back home, our Pork & Apple sausages are made with prime cuts of succulent pork, packed full of apples, and seasoned with a generous amount of sage. 

Each pack contains six hearty, butcher’s style British sausages, lovingly made to my time-honoured, traditional recipe.

They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

Ingredients: Pork, water, apples, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, leavening), spices, salt, parsley, in natural pork casings.

This is a raw product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months. 

Allergen: Contains 5% breadcrumbs.

• Orders are dispatched each week on Monday and Tuesday, for arrival later the same week.
• We DO NOT ship any packages to transit over the weekend.
• Orders placed Tuesday afternoon through Friday typically ship on Monday.
