Our Traditional Bakewell Tart is made in small batches here in the USA. Ours is a classic Bakewell Tart, with a buttery shortcrust pastry layered with raspberry preserves, and topped with a soft, moist almond cake filling. Bakewell Tarts are steeped in a rick history dating back to England in the early 1900’s. Ours is delicious served on its own, with ice cream, or with some proper English custard.
