Our Clotted Cream is freshly made in small batches using pasture raised milk sourced from a Wisconsin dairy. Perfect when served with Jolly Posh's homemade scones!
Our Clotted Cream comes frozen, and should be kept frozen prior to use. Thaw overnight in the fridge prior to use. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 4 days.
Because our Clotted Cream ships frozen, once it has thawed you'll need to whisk it thoroughly with a fork until a smooth texture. If a smoother texture is desired, and a dash of milk and continue to whisk until incorporated.
