Our Gingerbread Loaf Cake is made in small batches here in the USA. This is a classic “all butter” loaf cake that is natural, moist, light, and delicious. You may find it quite difficult not to demolish several slices (or even the whole cake!) in a single sitting. It is delicious both on its own or as part of a proper Afternoon Tea.
