Our Irish Soda Bread is made in small batches here in the USA to a traditional Irish recipe, for a true taste of home. It's dense, yet soft, and made the traditional way with buttermilk and cold butter. It’s delicious on its own or slathered with a good Irish butter.
Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Milk, Buttermilk (cultured pasteurized low-fat milk, fat free milk, modified corn starch, salt, mono and diglycerides, carrageenan carob bean gum), Raisins, Butter (AA unsalted), Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Baking Soda, Kosher Salt
