Our finest quality Black Pudding (blood sausage) is rich and delicious. Worthy of the highest merit, our traditional recipe and artisan methods make this an exceptional pudding, perfectly seasoned with onions, mace, white pepper and salt.
Each Pudding is in an individual 12oz tube, yielding 10-12 portions. Traditionally eaten as part of a Full English or Irish Breakfast, our Black Pudding is also brilliant in inventive Chef-inspired dishes for both lunch and dinner.
Our Black Pudding is easy to cook, and sizzles for 3-4 minutes on each side in a pan.

Ingredients: Beef blood, pork, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, leavening), oatmeal, salt, sodium lactate, onions, spices.
This is a fully cooked product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months.

I was very disappointing with the taste - not what the mother made for sure ..
My wife is from Scotland so I've had black pudding there several times in the last 48 years. We tried the black pudding from one of the "other guys" but, theirs was rather bland (to put it nicely). Yours definitely has more of the taste I remember and was hoping for. A wee bit more pepper and a larger diameter would be nice. But I can add pepper and the size doesn't affect the taste. All in all a great product. We'll be back.

Takes a certain taste history to like. I’m sure it’s the highest quality but not my bag.
The black pudding is very smooth and has a decent flavor. But it is lacking in spices, particularly pepper. I’m used to Stornaway Black Pudding that is the best of the best, but this is not quite there.
Haven’t tried it yet but I have never seen it in a small roll like this
Cooked it up and made myself an English breakfast. Well packaged, arrived fast, and was of great quality.
