I really didn't know what to expect as haggis tends to be a caricaturized gross food. Regardless, I have always wanted to try it. We made some tatties and neeps to go with it and I found it rather quite delicious. It is not too dissimilar from a meatloaf, yet different enough to be something altogether new. My wife has had haggis in Scotland and found this to be comparable.
We spend a month in Scotland last year and ate haggis every day either at breakfast of dinner. We love it! Jolly Posh makes haggis that stands up to the standard set in Scotland. We are able to continue to eat it daily because of this amazing company!

Our Scottish Haggis is made with lamb, oatmeal, liver, suet, onions and spices. Our traditional production methods and peppery seasoning reflect Nick's Scottish ancestry - the result is a quintessential Scottish Haggis that is a true taste of home.
Each Scottish Haggis is in an individual 12-14oz tube, and serves 2 people as a main course.
Traditionally eaten with neeps & tatties (turnips & potatoes), our Scottish Haggis is easy to cook, and should be gently simmered in a pot of boiling water for 30-40 minutes until steaming hot.

Ingredients: Lamb, oatmeal, water, beef liver, suet, onions, spices, salt, sodium lactate.
