Each pack contains a 16oz Cumberland sausage coil, lovingly made to my time-honoured, traditional recipe. Serve hot off the grill on a warm summer day to impress your most discerning guests.
Our bangers are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

Ingredients: Pork, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, leavening), salt, spices, BHA, BHT, citric acid (to protect flavour).
This is a raw product and ships frozen in a reusable thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice brix.
Allergen: Contains 5% breadcrumbs.

This is a nice, unpretentious sausage that, of course, goes well with mash. The seasoning is subtle. The texture is nice and firm.
My British husband cannot get enough, excellently made and high quality banger just like you’d get at the butcher down the road in the UK. Highly highly recommend, we love it

Being from England and travelled most of the US, I have experienced many so called British sausages. These are definitely as good as they get!!! The bacon is also excellent!
Don't get me wrong, I like this sausage. It is very tasty and definitely tastes like the Cumberland sausages I remember. However, for me this sausage (and the traditional pork bangers) is under seasoned; it just doesn't deliver the punch of flavour it should. I think the recipe is a compromise between the richness we get (and demand) back home, versus what the standard US palate will stomach.
For full disclosure I'm Scottish, not english, and I'm very picky when it comes to food. Make of that what you will.
It may not be worth 5 stars but it's still one of the best UK style sausages I've tasted in 23 years of living here. So much so, I ordered more. I would like to see a version with more seasoning.
As always you guys give us the real taste of English sausage. Love the coil, used it my sausage casserole.

Super tasty sausages especially the Cumbrian ring sausages and the bacon is really really authentic. A real treat for lovers of British style sausages and bacon.
