Our Breakfast Bangers are delicately seasoned classic "chipolata" sausages. Made with prime cuts of succulent pork, these sausages are versatile for any occasion and absolutely brilliant for a full brekky.

Each pack contains ten skinny butcher’s style bangers, lovingly made to my time-honoured, classic chipolata recipe. They are skinnier than our other bangers, and cook up nice and quickly for when you or the children are especially hungry.

They are easy to cook – pop in the pan, sizzle on the grill, or bake in the oven… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

These Breakfast Bangers are the best!!

Very good - as close to British chipolatas as we’ve seen in the US.

Our go-to in England were the Richmond chipolatas and my kids all devoured these and confirmed they were legitimate. We can barely eat American breakfast sausage anymore!

Great. Love the seasoning and the taste. You have found the perfect casings for all your sausages. Most other makers are using awful tough casings. You have got this sausage making down to a find art.
