London Pub Burger
The London Pub Burger is a brilliant way to elevate that most popular of American meals, the Cheese Burger. Simply put, we take a delicious beef patty, top it with imported cheeses, and add a few slices of delicious chopped back bacon.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 Beef Patties
- 4 Back Bacon Rashers
- 8oz Grated Aged Cheddar
- 2oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 Large Heirloom Tomato
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 4 Romaine Lettuce leaves
- Salt & Pepper
Cooking Directions:
Pre-heat your grill to a high heat. Season beef patties with salt and pepper & place them on the grill. Place back bacon rashers on the grill next to the burger patties. Allow to cook for a few minutes before turning.
Turn the burger patties and put a portion of cheddar and blue cheese onto each patty respectively and allow to melt. Remove the back bacon and dice into small pieces.
Place the bottom bun on a plate, followed by cracked romaine lettuce. Add the patty topped with cheese and blue cheese, then top with cooked bacon, sliced onion, and tomato.
