How To Make A Breakfast Sandwich

Method:

1. Preheat the Grill (Gas BBQ!)

Preheat your outdoor grill (gas BBQ) to medium heat (around 350). This will cook your bacon and sausages perfectly without burning the exterior.

2. Cook Your Sausages and Bacon

Place your sausages and slices of bacon on the grill. Turn the sausages to cook evenly. The bacon will cook quickly, be careful not to burn it! British-style back bacon does not “crisp”.

3. Toast Your Baguettes

Slice the Petite French Baguettes in half and toast on the grill to give them some extra crunch. If desired, butter your baguettes!

4. Butterfly Your Bangers

Butterfly sausages (cut in half lengthwise) and lay flat in the toasted Petite French Baguettes, one sausage fits exactly in each baguette.

5. Build Your Full Monty, add sauce & enjoy!

Add two rashers of bacon on top of each butterflied sausage and add a dollop of HP Sauce or ketchup as desired.
