Banger Sandwich

A summertime classic. Try our bangers straight off the grill, served in a crisp French baguette and topped with fresh greens. Add some ketchup, mustard or HP sauce to suit, and try with a hearty pint of Guinness!

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 6 Traditional Pork Bangers
  • 1 French Roll 
  • Fresh leafy greens

Cooking Directions:

Cook the bangers slowly on medium heat; turning often until a crisp, golden brown and the centers are no longer pink. Serve in sliced French baguette topped with leafy greens.
