Absolutely delicious, and super easy to make. I wish I could share a photo because it puffed up gloriously. Just remember to plan to refrigerate the batter for at least 30 minutes before you need it. I’ve never had this before, so I can’t comment on authenticity, but it was positively tasty. I also bought the Bisto granules for an authentic experience, and augmented that with sautéed onions, chicken and beef broth, a dash of sherry vinegar, and a bit of stone ground mustard.
